Von Schweikert VR2's and Revel vs Vandersteen 2c
I have a pair of 20 (!) year old 2c's, and will never part with them. They sound fantastic with my high end system, as well as with my old stuff (adcom/basis1400). Don't think you can improve much on them.
CD-R's suddenly "unreadable".
My Levinson No. 39 has been doing the same thing, and since it's under warranty, I'm letting the factory figure it out...should be back in a week or two. Maybe they will tell me why it was happening.
ML 390s vs. ML39
Mine is in for repair, and I'm weighing whether to do the upgrade. Sounds like it will be worth it. I have been using the 39's preamp direct into 334, with astounding results (B&W 804's). Now I am thinking of adding a pre-amp, and wonder if th...
B&W Nautilus 803 & 804 Vs The World
I would also like to add that when I first auditioned Nautilus speakers, I could not detect the difference between the 803 and 804.

B&W Nautilus 803 & 804 Vs The World
Interesting concept. I have only a No. 39 directly into the 334. It's wonderful, and your idea of simplicity is a good one. Thanks for the ideas. I do have pretty good cables too - Synergy Research - though I have only compared them with one other...
B&W Nautilus 803 & 804 Vs The World
Thanks JP - The 804's are so good in my room with the m/l 334, it's hard to imagine anything better. The bass in my room is plenty, even though it sounded a little weak when i auditioned them at the store. Also there is a good break-in time for th...
Bi-wiring mishap
I can't either - very funny stuff, guys.

Any info on the new B W Nautilus 800 s?
I believe that it is the Nautilus 800. And there are more to come as well...
