| 300B tube recommendation for SET amp? Try the JJ electronics. I am using a pair of 300b push pull mono amps purchased at Deja Vu in 1998. I have both the WE and JJ on hand but my prefered tube is the JJ. Much cheaper and more dynamic without glare. Preamp is also Deja Vu. | |
| Avalon Avatar or Arcus - best integrated that mi.. using 300b push pull monoblocks in a 15x18 foot room to good effect. Amps are good for about 18 watts each. Base isn't up there with the Krells but nice depth and soundstage. | |
