Walmart, 97 cents, for Vibration Control If I shake my speaker wire, will it make a bad sound come out of my speakers like a not so micro vibration?
More expensive = better? At some point some audio equipment became either Art, Or a fashon statement, or both. Your pretty $6000 speaker wire sure sounds nice. I'm sure glad I went to school to learn about such things.

What to do? I want a new amplifier to make my Dynaudio Contours to "sing" I have some AB International 400's or a 600 or 600a you can buy and will have all the clean power you need for less than $450 + shipping. Highly under rated industrial Amp's. (Made in USA) Jim
Replacement for current speakers suggestions Keep what you have.

I purchased the raw components from them and used my Dads garage and table saw to build the bass horns and top units that house the m...
Are Carver Preamps Any Good? I"ve had a Carver C2 Preamp for many years. It's probably the more bare bones of the preamps they ever made. Very plain and simple and clean. If one preamp sounds different than another it would be because one or the other is adding something to c... |
