What is the most challenging music to play on a stereo?
Something I know and like that is well recorded.

Looking for good recordings of female vocals I have not yet tried...
Linda Ronstadt (no doubt mentioned earlier) Not sure if these have too much background: Dancehall Crashers (Honey, I'm Homely) and Suspect Bill (Bill Me Later) - neo swing.  I use a couple of these to test audio Courtney Love (if you can ignore...
How many of you are digital only systems?
I have been all digital for over 20 years.  The reason: my laziness > the nice warmth of analog.  Since my initial switch to CD's the servers had made this that much more attractive.  I currently use a Melco (via ethernet, UPnP) into a dCS Bart...
What Are Your Reference Discs? or Specific Reference Tracks

BAT VK-3000SE owners, what else is in your chain?
BAT 3000-SE +Streamer / DAC: Aurender A10Sub: REL T-1Speakers: Raidho D-1Love the BAT.  Enough power, sweet sound.  Solid build, great remote.  Also a lot of steps in the attenuation.  A quality that is sometimes overlooked, I think.
