| Problem with my Anthem AVM20 - display screen I opened the preamp. There is a vertical circuit board blocking access to the LCD. I reseated all the ribbons. There is nothing loose. Same result. If Anthem doesn't come up with a miracle cure, I will be shopping for a new preamp. | |
| Problem with my Anthem AVM20 - display screen Thanks, I emailed Anthem Christmas Eve, told them I bought it used. I'm not expecting much from them. No response today. I did not move the preamp when the problem happened, but maybe I'll pop the cover & look for an obvious loose connection. |
