which monoblock I am using 0.5 meter speaker cables from each mono block to each speaker up front. This does restrict where the amp can be placed in releation to the speaker. It also means that moving speakers around for placement is limited to small incremental ...
Boulder 1050 or 2060 which one is better ? The Boulder 2060 "requires" a 30A 220V circuit for proper operation (it can run off a 30A 110v circuit, but that is not the recommended configuration). Boulder amps feature microprocessor controlled "slow ramp up" of the power supply. If they didn...
which monoblock I am extremely pleased with the results achieved when I upgraded my nice multichannel amp theater to a mono block layout up front (and a matching stereo amp in the rear). It will help to have a dedicated power circuit for every amp in the room. I ...

DACs: Burmester vs. Meitner vs. dcs out of the above, i have only auditioned the dCS stack. I didn't think that the dCS compared favorably to the Boulder 2020 Advance, using the dCS Verdi transport. The Boulder had a far more natural sound, and was every bit as detailed. |
