Best front projector under $10k?

Sorry, I don't know what happened above. Any way, the message should be: Must be HDTV ready or upgradable. What would y'all suggest? DLP, LCD, D-ILA? Runco, Sony, Sharp, JVC, Dream Vision, etc...? Mucho thanks. It would be very helpful if y'all can provide the pros&con of DLP, D-LIA, LCD. Thanks again.

THE place to visit for Front Projector info is WWW.AVSFORUM.COM If you can live with an outboard scaler, and can hide the noisy projector, the JVD G11 D-ILA is still the best picture and does 1080i & 720P. For $11,00 you can get a G15. If you are on a $5K budget , then the Proxima DX3 or Infocus LP350 are great units - Andy

Don't forget to add in the cost of a hd receiver,and the instillation to whatever you decide.
