i don't think this is a moddy kind of arm. i have a basik non-plus. design of it leads me to believe counterweight mods would be uneffective (probably different sound but not necessarily better). 1 thing you can do with the counterweight is completely take off the rotating disc that shows the tracking force as you probably have a separate force guage anyway and it is, of course, a little microphonic. at the basik level.. don't worry about it. i have an akito 2 as well... i don't worry worry bout it with that even.
Linn Basik Plus
I am getting a Linn Basik Plus for free to replace my stock AR EB101 arm. What mods can be done to it before I install it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
