Yamaha MX-A5200 or CWA-1

Hi everyone, if i have to choose between the Yamaha MX-A5200 and the PSB CWA-1 amplifier to drive 2 PSB CWS8 subwoofer. They are both rated at 4 ohms. Do the Yamaha can drive both subs equal or better than the CWA-1?
The CWA-1 is rated at 300W at 2 ohms.
The MX-A5200 is rated at 290W at 4 ohms.
Thanks for all advice!

Knowing the mxa5200 seems like a huge waste of channels if you're just planning on running two speakers? It's an 11 channel amp. Why not get something like a 2 channel for $900?
I will be using all the channels, my question was related to the amplification, can 2 channel of this amplifier can match the 2 channel of the CWA-1 Amplifier?
Also, if i can use the MX-A5200 instead of the CWA-1, do i need to bridge those 2 channel in order to match the power of the CWA-1?
