Black Ice Audio F11 with Qacoustics 90db 8 ohm Speakers

Would like to audition this amp, the closest store to me is three hrs. away so I would like to get some opinions on my setup before making the trip. The speakers in question are Qacoustics concept 40, 90db sensitivity, 8ohm,nominal 4ohm, Qacoustics recommends min. 25 watts and the amp is rated for 19wpc into 8 ohms. This is my first venture into a tube amp and I would like to know if this pairing would work. Small listening room, approx. 12x13 ft. listening to progressive rock, blues, jazz and some classical.

The Concept 40's are a rather benign load (I too have a pair) and Black Ice is the new name of the old Jolida franchise, so you should be ok in the described room unless you like to listen really loud. Jolida made a nice product.

Depending on the stock tubes, (EL84's) the amp coupled with the 40's may be too smooth / lazy / laid back. Great thing is that rolling 84's won't cost a fortune.
