Vienna Acoustics The Music owners, what amps ?

I was curious if owners of Va The music loudspeakers could tell me what amplification you are using? Thank you

I am using Accuphase pre-power and Musical Fidelity kW500. They sign with the Accuphase because of the superior midrange.
I have used Krell 402e in the past and I was very happy with it. Now I use Devialet Expert pro 1000 and they work very well as well. I will say this, however, that Mark Levinson amps are not a good match. A few years ago I brought the No. 532 home for an audition and to check it with my speakers. Initially the soundstage in the mid range was virtually nothing short of jaw-dropping. It sounded that good but after 35 minutes of listening at high-volume the amp shut itself down due to thermal overload protection. I tried again and again and the same problem repeated itself. I returned the amp and  brought another one home. It also faced the same fate and I had to return it. But then sent an email and spoke to their marketing person at Mark Levinson. He said that he would get back to me but I never got an answer. I think the speaker presents a very difficult load to the amp which it can’t handle.
@jon2020 , in terms of the coincident midrange, tweeter module, what does declining the head or inclining it do with respect to the sound of your system?

I have the Kiss but I guess it's similar.

I wanted to increase image height and I guess with these speakers you play around with the head rather than rake of the spikes.

I would also like tighter bass as some recordings of plucked double bass can sound too woody and boomy. So far I've played around with distance from the wall behind the speakers and between them to no avail.

I have found that declining the head towards my ears gives my a smoother midrange with less sibilance but that can get tubby with midrange centric recordings - not sure if that's what you found too.

Thanks
