How much does your system retail for?

$23,000 - $24,000 I estimate. (Two channel, this does not include TV, VCR, etc.)

Please, keep the exagerations to a minumum, do not count CD's, equipment you have bought and sold, is packed away that you don't use anymore, etc..

Put the total first so it shows up at the begining of your post.

This is just for fun and curiosity of the diversity on here, don't take it to seriously. Simply evaluate what the retail value of your system is.

LOLOL...look how much I missed while I'm out of town...I was jonsing so bad for the Gon that I'm sitting in a Kinkos in Santa Fe right now...and I gotta say...Agon is worth the $12/hr internet charge more than my email
Is this for our current system only, or for all of the damned buy/sell/trade I've done in the past 5 years?
well its hard to tell because i change components weekly
i do nieghborhood cleanup and get the most wonderful stereos free. i just got rid of the adcom a1a amp and carver pre i was using last week and am playing with a pioneer with rogers studio 7 speakers it sounds so good and it makes my chest feel like its caving in,.
ears ringing ect.
best of all its in the cab of my truck as im looking for more. ran off a 750 watt inverter and the cleanest sound ive ever heard in a vehicle.
anyway my system never costs more than gasoline to go find it.
About 25k retail, and that's without the stuff I can't remember the cost of. It also doesn't include all the "small stuff" like brushes, fluids, sleeves, and all of the assorted crap that comes with analog. Now if you add all of the tubes (I have about 200), God only knows.

Jesus, I thought I had a low dollar system! My wife would file today if she had any clue.

Of course, buying off the 'gon has saved me shitloads over retail.

Now, if you add the HT setup, that brings in another 20k or so.

At least my house is worth more than Albert's system!
