Interconnect with great dynamics and bass slam ,

I recently purchased some Cardas Golden cross sepaker cables. They replaced my Dh Lab Q10s. I replaced the Q10s because i was getting some upper mid freq brightness.
I have Golden Cross interconnects from preamp to amp and from cd player to pre amp. The sound is very smooth and detailed .The bass and mid bass is not as authorative or as tight. The highs are better - more detailed and smooth.
The problem is the sound is almost too smooth the bass is kind of rounded off now .The sound is less dynamic.
My Question is.
Is there an interconnect that could give me back that great bass and dynamics of that i had with the Q10s, without the harshness i was getting. I think i would like to keep the Golden Cross speaker cables and try changing the ICs. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

@ Hessec, Ok, lets be clear here, What do you have for a system!, Be honest! Do not fabricate a dream system you do not own!, why do you blast me?, I have done nothing to you!, I do not know you sir!, needless to say, I take alot of pride in building a system different than the common audiophile!,thats what puts my sound in a world class venue!, I have never had one listen to what I currently own and not be shocked!, experienced audiophile or not!, yes, I do not own the best!, to me, I love what I have!, so why does it matter to you what I own?, or say?, Bye!

@ pops, Thankyou very much for your response to Hessecs last post!, I am perplexed with his comments? yes, pops, It is indeed a turn-off!This is the same reasons my friend in LA, california will not post a conversation with nobody!, He has $50,000.00 a componet Lamm products!I am A hermit allready! Audiolabyrinth - yes, Dude is *only* tube based.
Grey9hound - it is not the cables CRL currently sells. It is the older CRL-FIM interconnect that are solid core copper. If CRL-FIM had different interconnect models, I couldn't comment on which I have. They are not made anymore; however try out a well made solid core copper interconnect and judge for yourself. As far as the other interconnects, I'd rather not comment at this time. As already mentioned all cables have there own presentation, not necessarily that one is better or worse than another, it is just what you are looking for. It was just by coincidence that I came upon your post at the same time I just got the CRL-FIM interconnect so I thought I'd give you a heads-up.
