Do the woofers move with the volume turned turned all the way down ? Sean

Do you see where Sean is going with this line of questioning?

I don't :^(

Sean, what exactly are you getting at?
NO. IT IS THE SAME. IT ONLY DOES IT IN ONE SPEAKER CABINETE. I HAVE SWITCHED CABS STILL THE FLUTTER. THE OTHER AMP WAS DOING IT BUT I WAS ABLE TO ADJUST IT WITH THE HUM BAL.
SORRY SEAN, YES. IT STARTS WHEN THE AMP IS JUST BEGINNING TO GET WARM. IF I TURN THE AMP OFF IT STOPS, TURN IT RIGHT BACK ON IT STARTS. JUST FLICKING THE SWITCH THAT QUICKLY.
The amp is either oscillating at a very low frequency or passing DC. Both are signs of an amp in need of a thorough inspection and repair / re-alignment. I would advise against running the amps until you can fully diagnose the situation. Continuing to do so could result in major damage to the speaker, amp or possibly both. Sean
