Zu Xaus or Furutech AG-12 phono cable?

I'm looking to replace VPI phono cable (RCA to RCA)

Within my budget the Zu and Furutech are current favorites based on reviews.

It's difficult, if not impossible for me to audition, so hoping that I might get some feedback on these two.

My analog kit comprises VPI TNT 3 with latest upgrades, JMW 12" arm ZYX Airy3 Cosmos running into Underwood GCPH Phono.

Music - mostly female vocals and jazz.

I have the Xaus with A VPI Scoutmaster and Dynavector XX2, It is very well shielded compared to other cables I have tried. One even picked up an FM station. It is as close to neutral as any I have heard. That, in conjunction with their location, makes Zu my cable of choice.

I am happy with the Zu. Not familiar with the Furu.

I like my Zu Xaus a lot. I would definitely call it a very neutral cable.
I would not use it on bright sounding gear. I have a Mcintosh
pre and a Accuphase class A amp and it sounds great.
Recently I have started using my tone controls on my Mcintosh with great results, especially on new vinyl reissues. Some are far too tipped up,
i.e. Bob Dylan's "Blonde on Blonde", others are way too bass heavy, i.e.
Robert Plant and Allison Krauss' "Raising Sand". Right now I'm listening to a Madeleine Peyroux cd with the bass turned down considerably. To my ears it has a way superior sound, so much so that I will never go back to gear without tone controls. Fortunately this some of the most musical gear that I have heard, Mcintosh, Accuphase and Luxman.
