Zu Druid V vs Omen Def

I am looking to upgrade my current Klipsch RF-7s and think the Omen Def is the way to go. What are opinions on the Omen Def vs the Druid V? I want to stay with a solid state amp and listen to primarily rock, jam bands, folk and indie.
