XLO responsiveness

Has anyone ever received an e-mail response from XLO? Its Web site says someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours. That sure hasn't been the case when I've sent e-mails inquiring about products. I'm still waiting. Thanks.

I have emailed them twice and didn't recieve a reply.
I have had good luck calling.

Pick up the phone and just call them. I have contacted them several times and had stellar customer service..

Chris: That may be, but they shouldn't bother with an e-mail address -- or post that someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Maybe they meant to write 24 to 48 days.
