It's been my observation that about every product/component, and a cable model in particular, if it's good and popular, eventually makes its way to Audiogon and is sold "used" (i.e. 2nd hand). Why the Indra should be an exception? The same question can be asked about NordOst Valhalla, Cardas Golden Cross/Reference, Siltech, etc.
Aside from that, there IS a reason for the Indra users to sell their "beta" pairs. All 50 beta pairs were equipped with the Cardas Ultimate RCA connectors. The final, production Indra version is equipped with proprietary state-of-the-art STEALTH RCA connectors. The beta cables cannot be reterminated with the STEALTH connectors because they are, in fact, an integrated part of the cable: the hollow pure silver center pin in pressure-fit onto the wire, while the Cardas connectors were soldered to the wire through an intermediate ferrule/splice (because the amorphous Indra wire is not solderable).
Needless to say that at the level of the Indra refinement, the difference between connectors is (relatively) easy to hear.
The final Indra version is not available disounted and is sold through authorized dealers only. The beta Indra pairs were indeed sold direct and discounted; this is how the STEALTH beta program works: we offer cables to our beta testers much cheaper than retail in exchange for their detailed opinion about the sound, in writing.
