VPI HW19 SAMA and SDS

I wish to know if a VPI HW19 SAMA can be directly connected to a VPI SDS without changing the pulley?

Also what is the Capacitor value? used in a 600 RPM Hurst SP-3923 PB 60 Hz motor.

Also a 0.06uf capacitor is engaged to suppress the startup thump but on which wires?
