Thank you for this @jetter . I did hear back from John just two days ago using the email address on the Museatex website. As you say he is considering retirement due to a visual health issue that he is dealing with. He asked that I try again in a few months. Fingers crossed and wishing him well. If you are in the USA can you share any issues you may have had with customs, duties etc. ? Thank you! |
I am with you hoping that John is not forced to retire. My Museatex Bitstream had developed problems after many years of service. I sent it back to him about 6 or 7 months ago and experienced no custom holdups or duties. I have had John update several Museatex Meitner products over the years and I am unsure he will get back into it. I also am not sure if there is anything about these products that would prevent them from being serviced by another repair facility if need be. |
