Has anyone heard this speaker. Eric has them on sale for $1800.

Just ordered a pair of these this afternoon. Looking forward to hearing them. Currently running Lowthers (for about the last 15 years) and although I really like them I've had my eye on the sigma's for about 6 months now. I also went with the upgrade package. The thing I really like about the lowthers is it's ability to produce the human voice. Very real sounding. I'm hoping I won't be disappointed in that regard with these.
Very impressed with the OB Sigma's. I've got about 100 hours on them now. Very wide sound stage with amazing depth, detail & clarity. The only thing the Lowthers do better is pin point imaging. But that said, I've had 15 years with them & they were dialed in well. I'm not nearly done dialing these in yet, so they may get to that level at some point. Even if they don't, these do everything top to bottom, better. Very satisfied.
Great to read your reviews Stoney 40 and Boxer12.  What size rooms are you playing the OB Sigmas in? I am considering them for a 24’ x 20’ x 9’ carpeted room with no front wall as it opens into a great room.  I am also considering them for the great room, 24’ x 28’ up to a 19’ peak which is open to another 24’ x 20” Kitchen/dining room and communicates to the first described room through a balcony.  I like to play a variety of music on Tidal whenever I am home.  I spend less time critically listening to vinyl on a vintage Linn LP12 which needs attention.  I have a Heed Obelisk II integrated amp that I would like to keep using.  I have yet to put a lot of resources into cabling.  I would benefit from a power cable for my Heed.  I have Pangea interconnects and Bluejean speaker cables.  The OB Sigmas are appealing.  Thanks for any insights.
My room is about 15 X 15 with an 8' ceiling. Floor is slate & walls are "dry-walled" with a lot of acoustic panels & such. Those dimensions will allow for a nice sized sound stage which those speakers excel in. If possible, keep them about 5' from the walls. Obviously, I couldn't do that in my room but wish I could.
