Synergistic New Tesla Line...Any comments?

I just bought Synergistic Research's new Tesla Accelerator speaker cables and Tesla Vortec interconnects from The Cable Company. I have tried many demo cables from The Cable Company over the past year. These were the first to give me that WOW factor I been looking for so long.

Does anyone have these cables and can you please post your impressions and comments? Thanks.

The Powercell 10 SE is still he best power conditioner I have ever tried in my system and I continue to use one in my main system. I'm selling an extra one I have. If everyone, MUST know. ;-)
Sabai, sonic improvements have been discussed previously in this forum and on my system page. The improvements are not subtle and you should demo one from your dealer and you decide.
Sabai, are you enjoying your new Powercell 10 SE? Please let us know. Thanks, Joe

Also, earlier this week. I received my new Hologram A and D SE power cords. As soon as I get them all settled, I will let you know what I think of them. Changing the active shields is a lot of fun using the new Gray, Black and Silver active shields. More soon!
Hi Sabai, thank you for the review of the new Powercell 10 SE. I placed an order with The Cable Company early this week to upgrade all my Synergistic Research power cables to the SE versions, a Teslaplex SE and a new Powercell 10 SE Mk.II Power conditioner. I will let you know how it goes.
Hasse, the upgrades to the T3 SE are new Synergistic made G07 wall plug and IEC. The G07 plugs are a great improvement in Dynamics, clarity, resolution and impact. Also, new is the upgraded active shield. Now you can choose your active shield filter of choice. The older cables the filter was built in and was not changeable and if it went dead the whole cable had to be sent back to Synergistic. Now the filter is a plug in module and if it goes dead Synergistic just sends you a new one. Also, there are 3 flavors of plugs a Black, Silver and Gray. You select between three different circuits- Black (warm and rich), Grey (hybrid of both Silver and Black circuits with positive attributes of both- these are the circuits we would have selected were the circuits to remain built into the cable) and a Silver Circuit (open, airy, detailed and hugely holographic).
Please see the attached link explaining the new SE power cords. I have upgraded to these new SE versions and I agree with what is being said in this video.

I have also bought the universal cells as well and here is a little more information on how they work.

Hi Ulysse21, if you want to upgrade to all Galileo MPCs for your cables you will need to buy 4 Galileo MPCs. Each Galileo MPC has 2 leads to power two cables. But you will get a bigger increase in performance if you get the Universal speaker cells and Universal interconnect cells. I would try those first and then go from there. You can compare the Basik cables vs. your Designers Refs. hooked up to the cells. Keep what you like best. Contact The Cable Company, they can send you demos to try.

Then later as an additional upgrade option use Galileo MPCs on your universal cells and speaker cables and interconnects.
Hi Sabai, I recently installed a brand new Powercell 10 SE Mk.II, Teslaplex SE outlet and changed all my Synergistic power cords to SE class. These new versions are working out very well for me. I really like the new end plugs on the power cords Synergistic is currently using. Much clearer, more dynamic and live sounding with huge holographic soundstage all in Synergistic fashion. The black backgrounds are better but my system does not sound as dark anymore. It’s more liquid and real sounding. Therefore, I'm really enjoying my current compliment of Synergistic equipment. My system sounds the best I ever heard it. The resolution is off the charts with micro and macro details and is just sounds very very musical. I easily get lost in the music forget about my equipment, tweaks and whatever. I’m very happy I upgraded. I’m getting much more enjoyment out of my system. Great job Synergistic!!!
Flashunlock, I think the improvements are due to the whole package. I went from Mk.I to Mk.II and upgraded to a SE versions of the power cords. I think the new plugs are a major contributor and are much better than the previous plus used by Synergistic. Also, the shield filters are a really fun part to fine turn the system and will come in handy as I change and upgrade equipment in the future. The Mk.II Powercell is definitely higher performance as well. Blacker background and more liquid sounding. More musical to my ears, I'm happy. If you can afford the upgrade go for it, if not then don’t listen to the upgrades so you will not know what you are missing.
Tbg, What Ted is trying to say is that there is not a Powercell 4 SE. Just the original Powercell 4 exist. And there is no "SE" update for it. The only Powercell model that was upgraded was the Powercell 10 SE from Mk.I to Mk.II. All the other Powercell models 4, 6, amd 10 do not have the SE attached to their name. Therefore, your statement that the Powercell 4 SE is better than the Powercell 4 is incorrect since the Powercell 4 SE does not exist. The current model is Powercell 4. Capice?
Antonkk, those are an older line and no longer in production. The current cables are for all type of systems and speakers and are now designed to use system matching between all the different current models. Their old cables for B&W were called B&W spec cables. You will find more info on them if you perform a forum search.
Has anyone tried the Precision AC Basik power cord yet? Also, any experiences with the new Element Silver interconnects??? Thanks.
Xmetal, What Ted said for max performance keep all interconnect, speaker cable and power cable shields separate. Therefore, yes, separate Rel interconnect from the power cable shield on different MPCs. Group only like shields on the same MPC.
You have to call Synergisic. They will respond much faster and you will get same day resolution.
I'm going to order today from the cable company a Synergistic Research Precision AC Basik power cord for my ModWright PS 9.0 tube power supply. I'm using the stock cable right now. I will try the power cord in a few other positions as well. I hope its a high performing budget cable like it is advertised. I will see. ;-)
I've been playing with the new Synergistic Research Precision AC Basik power cord for my ModWright PS 9.0 tube power supply and it sounds wonderful over stock. No congestion no restrictions. A true bargain like the recent magazine article suggested. It’s a keeper.
Has anyone experimented with the Gray, Silver and Black bullets? Used different ones on different components. What were the results? I'm currently using all Gray ones and very happy with the sound. I also use the silver ones one the universal speaker and interconnect cells. Thanks!!
Are you trying to say Audio Magic Snow is a little cheaper??? I'll take $2,000 scoop please.
I recently traded in my Powercell 10SE Mk.2 for a Powercell 10SE Mk.3 with The Cable Company. They are my dealer who facilitated the Lifetime Passport trade-in program that Synergistic Research offers on their products.

Synergistic states: The MK. 3’s Electromagnetic Cell has ramped up performance with the addition of precious metals at critical points within the cell structure along with a newly developed groud plane, which was developed during the Tranquility research program.
I recently traded in my Powercell 10SE MkII for a Mk.III because I liked the reviews it was getting. The new PowerCell 10SE Mk III differs from the MkII is that it has a new ground plane (Tranquility Base built in) in the EM cell. I can confirm the new ground plane delivers a significant increase in air in a larger sound field, low frequencies are also tighter with more apparent punch and control and the blacker noise floor. Plus even better ambient retrieval. From near zero you hear subtle details and micro transients that make recordings sound more alive this is the greatest effect on my system. So if you’re looking for higher/more performance with your electricity give the new version a try. But I also recommend if you are perfectly happy with your current version and don’t feel like you need to upgrade its OK to be happy with what you got. Both units are superb. I would have definitely not have been feeling like I was cheated cause of the new unit came out. Again, both are awesome units.
Synergistic has just released an entirely new line of power cables. Has anyone here heard the new Synergistic Research Element Hologram A and D and also the Element Copper, Element Tungsten and Element Copper/Tungsten power cords? And yes, these are replacing the older Tesla line of power cables. More importantly has anyone COMPARED these to HiDiamond? Cost set a side...until you try them in your system and hear for yourself, No one can conclude that HiDiamond's power cord is better than Synergistic's Element power cables.
Sabai, as to your claim, that so many audiophiles are raving about HiDiamond. Well I can only find a handful, as in less then 5 people shilling HiDiamond while attempting to tear down competing brands. This smells fishy to me.
Worldwidewholesales and Sabai,

Actually, unlike Synergistic Research, HiDiamond does not offer their cables for in home trial. If you want to try HiDiamond cables, you must first buy HiDiamond cables. When I discovered this I lost interest. I mean if their cables are so great why don't they make them readily available for in home auditions?

Anyway, my brand new Element Copper/Tungsten (32-amp), Element CTS A and Element CTS D are on their way and I'm very excited for the upgrade. I'm going to enjoy a mix of Tesla SE and Element power cables in my system. I for one trust Synergistic and Ted. I've been using Synergistic for years and I never had a complaint about how does my system. I enjoy it everyday and I just hope you all too cause come down to it that’s what’s it’s all about. My mouth drops every time I listen to my main system. To me that’s what it's all about at any price level. I just got the upgrade bug and going to see what this new Element series is all about. I have years of experience with Shunyata Research, PS Audio, DCCA, Hi-Fi Tuning, Morrow, Wireworld, Audioquest, Voodoo, Virtual Dynamics, Mapleshade, Pangaea, Belkin, Monoprice to name a few. And I still enjoy, upgrade when new line is out and use these brands in my many other audio systems I own. But I prefer Synergistic Research for my main 2-channel high end system.
I used Synergistic's upgrade (up-trade} program. Whatever it's called. I dont have money issues with Synergistic. I have always followed Ted's program and I think its plenty fair. IMO!
I highly recommend that anyone with Tesla line Power Cables to audition the new Element Power cables.

I upgraded to Element Power Cords. The new Element CTS Analogue and Digital power cords and Element Copper/Tungsten Power Cord with 32-amp connecter on the Powercell 10SE Mk.III Power Conditioner. These NEW power cords are completely different than the Tesla line and are much more open and quieter with an increase detail cause blacker background. Complete system upgrade over the Tesla line Power Cables!!!
