Hi, I just purchased a pair of Psvane Horizon 12au7-AT and a pair of 12ax7-AT from your Amazon store, now waiting for the goods to arrive. I'm planning to change my front tubes on my Muzishare X7 Amp that is currently running on stock tubes for almost a year. After doing some research and watching quite a few reviews on YouTube, I've decided to make these purchases.

I'm also planning on changing my current power tubes with the Psvane Horizon KT88-AT tubes you are selling on Amazon. While doing my research, I found a very similar looking Psvane tube with model number KT88-PT tubes. May I know are these KT88-PT tubes similar to the Horizon KT88-AT tubes? If not, what are their differences in terms of quality and sound signature? Thanks you in advance for answering.

@chrispua you aren't going to get a response as noted on prior page the Op has been suspended by Audiogon

I have bought a number of Psvane tubes and TBH, I think your claim of matched tubes is a big disappointment. I just bought a pair of expensive ART series 6SL7-T3 for $220 which were supposedly matched and certified at 90mA. One tube measured 69/64 mA and the second tube measured 71/61 mA, a discrepancy of over 15% between triodes, not considered to be a matched tube by industry standards.

I also bought a quad of 6CA7-T3 ART tubes, certified at 35 mA and they ranged between 31-36 mA. I have two quads of Psvane EL34PH and one quad is rated at 29 mA and they ranged between 24-31 mA and the second measured decently.

When I purchased quads of Gold Lions KT88s, they measured between 51-53 mA. A quad of Tung-Sol EL34s measured between 31-32 mA. I was surprised that my OEM Willsenton KT88 tubes (made by Psvane, I believe) measured 42-44 mA.

I have both MaxiMatcher tube testers for your reference. I find that other mfrs/sellers are more diligent with their testing.
