Please someone help trying to run one mic to play into two headphones

I am trying to run ONE microphone to play in to TWO headphones. This is without a mixer or any latency i bought a y splitter on the advice given to me on another forum but that just splits the signal from a microphone/headphone...

Sorry for caps but i am at my wits end as i keep getting people saying yes do such and such but turns out its for two microphones to run into one headphone which is NOT what i am asking.

Please can anyone help i am so angry lol

A Y splitter will work PROVIDED THAT the headphones are of equal sensitivity and impedance. The best solution for this type of application is if the headphones are the same model.
I’m not sure I understand the question. Most and probably almost all microphones can’t drive headphones directly, regardless of whether there is one headphone or two. They require a microphone amplifier, or a mixer that contains a microphone amplifier. And the headphones would require a headphone amplifier, or a mixer or mic amplifier that contains a headphone amplifier.

Please clarify. An indication of the make and model of the mic may be helpful.
