Nautilus 801 midrange driver removal

I'm hoping somebody on here who has done this before can tell me how to remove the midrange driver from my Nautilus 801.  I've removed the phase plug from the front and unscrewed the the nut from the drawbar at the back of the cabinet, but the midrange won't budge.
