My Long List of Amplifiers and My Personal Review of Each!

So I have been in a long journey looking to find the best amplifiers for my martin logan montis. As you know, the match between an amplifier and speakers has to be a good "marriage" and needs to be blend exquisitely. Right now, I think I might have found the best sounding amplifier for martin logan. I have gone through approximately 34-36 amplifiers in the past 12 months. Some of these are:

Bryston ST, SST, SST2 series
NAD M25
PARASOUND HALO
PARASOUND CLASSIC
KRELL TAS
KRELL KAV 500
KRELL CHORUS
ROTEL RMB 1095
CLASSE CT 5300
CLASSE CA 2200
CLASSE CA 5200
MCINTOSH MC 205
CARY AUDIO CINEMA 7
OUTLAW AUDIO 755
LEXICON RX7
PASS LABS XA 30.8
BUTLER AUDIO 5150
ATI SIGNATURE SERIES 6005

With all that said, the amplifiers I mentioned above are the ones that in my opinion are worth mentioning. To make a long story short, there is NO 5 CHANNEL POWER AMP that sounds as good as a 3ch and 2ch amplifier combination. i have done both experiments and the truth is that YOU DO lose details and more channel separation,etc when you select a 5 channel power amplifier of any manufacturer.
My recollection of what each amp sounded like is as follows:

ATI SIGNATURE SERIES 6005 (great power and amazing soundstage. Very low noise floor, BUT this amplifiers NEEDS TO BE cranked up in order to fully enjoy it. If you like listening at low volume levels or somewhat moderate, you are wasting your time here. This amp won’t sound any different than many other brands out there at this volume. The bass is great, good highs although they are a bit bright for my taste)

NAD M25 (very smooth, powerful, but somewhat thin sounding as far as bass goes)
Bryston sst2(detailed, good soundstage, good power, but can be a little forward with certain speakers which could make them ear fatiguing at loud volumes)

Krell (fast sounding, nice bass attack, nice highs, but some detail does get lost with certain speakers)

rotel (good amp for the money, but too bright in my opinion)

cary audio (good sound overall, very musical, but it didn’t have enough oomph)

parasound halo (good detail, great bass, but it still holds back some background detail that i can hear in others)

lexicon (very laid back and smooth. huge power, but if you like more detail or crisper highs, this amp will disappoint you)

McIntosh mc205 (probably the worst multichannel amp given its price point. it was too thin sounding, had detail but lacked bass.

butler audio (good amplifier. very warm and smooth sweet sounding. i think for the money, this is a better amp than the parasound a51)

pass labs (very VERY musical with excellent bass control. You can listen to this for hours and hours without getting ear fatigue. however, it DOES NOT do well in home theater applications if all you have is a 2 channel set up for movies. The midrange gets somewhat "muddy" or very weak sounding that you find yourself trying to turn it up.

classe audio (best amplifier for multi channel applications. i simply COULDNT FIND a better multi channel amplifier PERIOD. IT has amazing smoothness, amazing power and good bass control although i would say krell has much better bass control)

Update: The reviews above were done in January 2015. Below is my newest update as of October 2016:

PS AUDIO BHK 300 MONOBLOCKS: Amazing amps. Tons of detail and really amazing midrange. the bass is amazing too, but the one thing i will say is that those of you with speakers efficiency of 87db and below you will not have all the "loudness" that you may want from time to time. These amps go into protection mode when using a speaker such as the Salon, but only at very loud levels. Maybe 97db and above. If you don’t listen to extreme crazy levels, these amps will please you in every way.

Plinius Odeon 7 channel amp: This is THE BEST multichannel amp i have ever owned. Far , but FAR SUPERIOR to any other multichannel amp i have owned. In my opinion it destroyed all of the multichannel amps i mentioned above and below. The Odeon is an amp that is in a different tier group and it is in a league of its own. Amazing bass, treble and it made my center channel sound more articulate than ever before. The voices where never scrambled with the action scenes. It just separated everything very nicely.

Theta Dreadnaught D: Good detailed amp. Looks very elegant, has a pleasant sound, but i found it a tad too bright for my taste. I thought it was also somewhat "thin" sounding lacking body to the music. could be that it is because it is class d?

Krell Duo 300: Good amp. Nice and detailed with enough power to handle most speakers out there. I found that it does have a very nice "3d" sound through my electrostatics. Nothing to fault here on this amp.
Mark Levinson 532H: Great 2 channel amp. Lots of detail, amazing midrange which is what Mark Levinson is known for. It sounds very holographic and will please those of you looking for more detail and a better midrange. As far as bass, it is there, but it is not going to give you the slam of a pass labs 350.5 or JC1s for example. It is great for those that appreciate classical music, instrumental, etc, but not those of you who love tons of deep bass.

 It is articulate sounding too
Krell 7200: Plenty of detail and enough power for most people. i found that my rear speakers contained more information after installed this amp. One thing that i hated is that you must use xlr cables with this amp or else you lose most of its sound performance when using RCA’s.

Krell 402e: Great amp. Very powerful and will handle any speaker you wish. Power is incredible and with great detail. That said, i didn’t get all the bass that most reviewers mentioned. I thought it was "ok" in regards to bass. It was there, but it didn’t slam me to my listening chair.

Bryston 4B3: Good amp with a complete sound. I think this amp is more laid back than the SST2 version. I think those of you who found the SST2 version of this amp a little too forward with your speakers will definitely benefit from this amp’s warmth. Bryston has gone towards the "warm" side in my opinion with their new SST3 series. As always, they are built like tanks. I wouldn’t call this amp tube-like, but rather closer to what the classe audio delta 2 series sound like which is on the warm side of things.

Parasound JC1s: Good powerful amps. Amazing low end punch (far superior bass than the 402e). This amp is the amp that i consider complete from top to bottom in regards to sound. Nothing is lacking other than perhaps a nicer chassis. Parasound needs to rework their external appearance when they introduce new amps. This amp would sell much more if it had a revised external appearance because the sound is a great bang for the money. It made my 800 Nautilus scream and slam. Again, amazing low end punch.

Simaudio W7: Good detailed amp. This amp reminds me a lot of the Mark Levinson 532h. Great detail and very articulate. I think this amp will go well with bookshelves that are ported in order to compensate for what it lacks when it comes to the bass. That doesn’t mean it has no bass, but when it is no Parasound JC1 either.
Pass labs 350.5: Wow, where do i begin? maybe my first time around with the xa30.8 wasn’t as special as it was with this monster 350.5. It is just SPECTACULAR sounding with my electrostatics. The bass was THE BEST BASS i have ever heard from ANY amp period. The only amp that comes close would be the jC1s. It made me check my settings to make sure the bass was not boosted and kept making my jaw drop each time i heard it. It totally destroyed the krell 402e in every regard. The krell sounded too "flat" when compared to this amp. This amp had amazing mirange with great detail up top. In my opinion, this amp is the best bang for the money. i loved this amp so much that i ended up buying the amp that follows below.

Pass labs 250.8: What can i say here. This is THE BEST STEREO AMP i have ever heard. This amp destroys all the amps i have listed above today to include the pass labs 350.5. It is a refined 350.5 amp. It has more 3d sound which is something the 350.5 lacked. It has a level of detail that i really have never experienced before and the bass was amazing as well. I really thought it was the most complete power amplifier i have ever heard HANDS DOWN. To me, this is a benchmark of an amplifier. This is the amp that others should be judged by. NOTHING is lacking and right now it is the #1 amplifier that i have ever owned.

My current amps are Mcintosh MC601s: i decided to give these 601s a try and they don’t disappoint. They have great detail, HUGE soundstage, MASSIVE power and great midrange/highs. The bass is great, but it is no pass labs 250.8 or 350.5. As far as looks, these are the best looking amps i have ever owned. No contest there. i gotta be honest with you all, i never bought mcintosh monos before because i wasn’t really "wowed" by the mc452, but it could have been also because at that time i was using a processor as a preamp which i no longer do. Today, i own the Mcintosh C1100 2 chassis tube preamp which sounds unbelievable. All the amps i just described above have been amps that i auditioned with the C1100 as a preamp. The MC601s sound great without a doubt, but i will say that if you are looking for THE BEST sound for the money, these would not be it. However, Mcintosh remains UNMATCHED when it comes to looks and also resale value. Every other amp above depreciates much faster than Mcintosh.

That said, my future purchase (when i can find a steal of a deal) will be the Pass labs 350.8. I am tempted to make a preliminary statement which is that i feel this amp could be THE BEST stereo amp under 30k dollars. Again, i will be able to say more and confirm once i own it. I hope this update can help you all in your buying decisions!

But, If you crank things up, does it Run you out of the room after 5 minutes ...????
Sometimes hyper detail can become TOO much .
@grannyring.
Boy , I missed that one , but then again , so did the experts.. LOL
I wish I still had my Purist Audio Dominus Fluid XLR interconnects and Dominus Fluid Power cord , but unfortunately, I do not .or I would send them for WC to try .
The Dominus is a blend of Copper ,Silver and Gold. .
The Nordost Odin interconnect is 24 copper Ribbons,(each 20 gauge) with silver plating.
I am betting that the Odin sound a lot like the Verastarr Grand Illusion.
which were very detailed ,big soundstage , up close presentation , but lacked bass IMO.... maybe the Odins have the bass.. ??? That would be my main concern with them.
WC ,
You did not actually go to the show..right?
Is it your Dealer who is giving you the feedback that the Neoliths sounded terrible ?
Keep in mind , he wants to sell you expensive gear so he can make a lot of money. I am not saying they didn’t sound bad , but keep that in mind.
Do you think he would tell you that the Parasound Audio gear sounded Great with the Neoliths, and you do not really need those Block Audio Amps ?
I am just sayin’
Sim Audio 860A or was it the 870A .. not near the top 4?
Are these the top 4 amps with Neoliths or just top 4 amps for 2018
You could try a pair of the Sim Audio 880M :)
Zero Feedback Design at 800 Watts into 8 ohms and it doubles to 1600 Watts into 4 ohms
WC
Do you still have plans to try the MX160 with RoomPerfect ?
I think it would help your room and speaker placement a whole bunch
I have the Oppo 203 and use its HDMI input . The Oppo 203 has 2 HDMI outs (same as the 205). One is dedicated to Audio only The other does both . I run the Audio only HDMI out(of the 203) to the MX151 the other HDMI out (of the 203) goes to a 70 inch 4K Sony TV.. I also use a 4K HDMI switch ahead of the 203 .This way i can input (Dish ,Roku Ultra,JRiver Media Center etc) All are HDMI out of the Source to the switch , HDMI out of the switch to the HDMI in of the Oppo 203 (Oppo is set to Bitstream).
I am also running a digital coaxial out of the Oppo 203 to the digital Coaxial input on my McCormack DAC-1 Deluxe. I am using the Analog out of the McCormack DAC-1 into one of the Analog inputs on the MX151. This gives me a lot of choices for sound .,especially since the MX151 will only allow analog inputs in order to play different sources in Zone A and Zone B .. like ..at the pool outside . Zone B is the pool for me I can use either the MX151 DAC or the McCormack DAC-1 Deluxe DAC.
Is that as clear as mud ?.
I still have not yet tried the DAC  of the Oppo 203 or Analog outs.
The day and time i posted that , the  thread kept showing the last post was page 120 or 121 and the dates and posts were from 2016.... ??
I will say that my Oppo 203 playing Pandora plus Through roku ultimate is very engaging . All of my devices are hard wired to the ethernet. If i compare the JRiver Media center PC playing .wav files that i have ripped from cd, i actually kind of prefer the Oppo 203s sound . Now both of these are being bitstreamed to the MX151 through Purist Audio HDMI. My Mx151 is doing the Digital to Analog .What i do notice is that the Oppo 203 is more lit up sounding, or forward. This is good at low to medium volumes. If i turn up really loud it can sound a little too overdone .. so to speak . Whereas if and when i crank up the JRiver to loud volumes , it is not as overbearing .
Whether this actually means anything or not, i do not know . It's just an observation on the Oppo 203 vs JRiver PC
@riaa
Regarding Wc and the Coda 16.0 amp.
Whether or not he would  lose money on it obviously depends on how much he can get it for . That part we do not know.
Eclipse line is in both speaker cables and interconnect.
WC has the Platinum Eclipse 8 speaker cables.
Platinum Eclipse 8 is their top of the line, then Silver Eclipse 8 , then Gold Eclipse 8.

Here is Toroid’s (Steve Schoonover) perspective on Silver Vs Copper.
He is/was the owner of Superior Mass Audio. They made a cable called "The West Star".
They hand built cables from the mines they own or owned.
It seems that hey are no longer in business, but he does talk about Silver vs C101 Copper.

Our family owns mines in New Mexico.

Working with the different elements and experimenting
with my own kilns creating pieces for different things,
and the experiment goes on and on since the early 90’s
long before this topic was an issue for the best sound
in any given system.

If you have to unscrew the RCA barrel to open up the
sound from a cable then that cable should be rendered
useless. All connectors affect the wire, period. I will
not even begin to get into metallurgy.

This is why the best speaker crossovers are hand built and point
to point soldiered "Old School" no fancy looking crossover
board with a name and a pricey logo with paper thin copper
contacts that would burn up if you tried to jump your car with
it.

I agree with Green, unscrew the barrel or just chop the whole
end off!, and re soldier it directly to to piece of equipment.

Getting back to reality, silver vs. copper or a blend, in my 27
years of building low frequency cabinets for car and home that produce over 155db @ 30hz for numerous car show and live venue events. has led me into the last 20 years of audiophile 2 channel mastering with no equal. Hearing the difference between every cable silver or copper I have ever made or sold for the last 17 years has led me to believe in both! Silver solid wire for the mids and highs
and solid copper wire for the mid bass and lows. That goes for your
internal wiring of the speaker crossovers too, whether or not the inductors are silver or copper.

There are to many variables in the audio chain that can lead me
to think otherwise.

Good luck and always remember, your ears! They do the final judging.

An ardent audiophile’s perspective.

The link below is to the specs on the West Star Copper cables :

VERY INTERESTING.IMO

952 Feet of twisted pairs. It seems that it took that many to get rid of the "skin effect"

@whitecamaross
Could it be that your Oppo-UDP205  is a little bright or forward when turned up loud ?. Do you remember what i said about my Oppo UDP203 vs JRiver Media Center PC.. (Dell Precision T-5400) ???
It depends on what they are and how much smaller they are and what size drivers for the bass and or how many in the speaker
48 HZ is as low as they go . ? ... Yikes.
You’ll definitely be missing bass, and will want the 9H (down to 19HZ) or 7F (down to 24HZ) . ..IMO
@whitecamaross
you said
I want for everyone to remember this:
if you have already formed your opinion about the persona based on what dealers or magazines have said to you rather than your own experience with your own gear then great. You shouldn’t need to follow my experimentation with them.
Is this what you did with the MX160 ? You did not try it out ??,or you could have at least seen what the Lyngdorf Room correction was all about.
I had a few dropout on the MX151, but only with certain channels from DirecTV. ( CBS) I have not had any audio dropouts on any other sources. I sure wish you would give it a chance. It would help your room tremendously .
@whitecamaross
Let me know if you get some speakers that are 90-95 db efficient. I would love to send these Granite Audio 864 SR Monoblocks to try out . I have replaced the coupling caps with the Jupiter Copper Foil paper in Wax caps . They take these amps to a whole new level. They can run KT-88, 6L6GC (1 of my Favs) ,6550A, and EL34 output tubes. They have BIG Transformers for Great Bass and Dynamics .. They weigh 30lb each.
I actually have them up for sale here on Audiogon IMHO,they are impossible to beat for the money.
https://www.audiogon.com/listings/lis9d8ed-granite-audio-864-sr-tube
Also on usaudiomart.com I honestly think that you would like them a lot.
I really did not want to sell them .They are my favorite tube amps , for sure.Unfortunately finances force me to sell . I have to buy a new pool liner for my Inground Pool and I am a little short on cash. ...about $5K for the new liner.

Leave the thread alone. Your completely wrong about Paypal. You shouldn't even be on Audiogon with that bottom of the barrel crap you call stereo equipment. GRANITE??? You have ZERO chance of selling that junk and you might as well just take it to a scrap yard cause they are the only people that would take it. Your "Audio Room" looks like it came straight out of the Brady Bunch house. All you need is some Lava Lamps and Bobby Sherman/David Cassidy posters. Take your low life equipment and go to the Steve Hoffman Forums where the bottom feeders reside.

@whitecamaross
I was curious if you had seen this review.
You would be able to try some lower powered tube amps with these as they are 93 db sensitivity.

WC,
 I agree, Give me something that has some magic and keeps me in my seat or up for hours after bedtime.. still listening .  I do not want the ruthless revealing of recordings. Obviously, by the comments on your YouTube with the last video, there is  a LOT of people  in this camp. Make the music enjoyable and listenable... YES YES ...YES !
@psnyder149

Focusing only on or even emphasizing, "clarity" or "sparkle" or in fact on any other single facet of the pallet of the sonic spectrum is limited and limiting. Warmth and tonality, perhaps a result of lower, inner harmonic details are far more important to me than a very detailed presentation. Sense of weight and body including the extension, authority and control of bass are something that we share a common love of but for our mutual friend out west, this is not as important. I could continue to name other areas: sense of pace, rhythm, soundstage, height, depth, dynamic range, etc. all need to work together in presenting an aural picture of the recording that conveys all aspects of the sonic spectrum.

I agree with you on this one . For far too many people, it is all about detail, which is fine,BUT, how long can you listen without ear fatigue. Highly detailed systems usually can’t be turned up very loud nor can you stand to listen very long. It is impressive, but only at first , until you listen for a bit , then it becomes annoying to the ears.
You could not have stated it better, IMO
How do you know what neutral or warm is .
What is your reference that you base all of this off of ?
I am afraid we all have an idea, but we all hear differently, and what are we using as a reference for what any of these categories really are.
I am afraid there really isn’t one ... Is there ?
This is helpful ... but we can’t pick out which frequencies we are hearing more or less of with our ears ....can we ?

They awarded this room the Best In Show at Axpona

This room sounded very good on several different types of recordings. The Doug Macleod track I’ll Be Walking On, heard in the video below, is as high resolution as they get. I was surprised to hear so much detail and air in this recording given the circumstances. I hate to say it but in my experience exhibiters using MartinLogan based systems at trade shows usually struggle to show people just how good the speakers and connected components really are. This wasn’t the case at AXPONA 2019. The speed and liquidity of the electrostatic panels, being driven by the single Constellation stereo amp, was truly delightful.

Amplifier: Constellation Audio Inspiration Stereo 1.0 ($11,000)
Preamplifier: Constellation Audio Inspiration PreAmp 1.0 ($9,900)
Phono Stage: Constellation Audio Andromeda ($18,000) with DC filter ($5,000)
Speakers: MartinLogan Expression ESL 13A ($15,000)
Digital to Digital Converter: AURALiC ARIES G2 ($4,000)
Digital to Analog Converter: AURALiC VEGA G2 ($6,000)
Turntable: Continuum Audio Labs Obsidian ($35,000), Viper tonearm ($10,000), Ortofon A-95 cartridge ($6,000)
Cable: Cardas

This is the room that WCSS liked best too.
I would like to know Which Cardas Cables they were using .
Does anyone know ?
@mrdecibel .
I was looking at WCSS system pics .I did not look closely enough to realize that it was not his room .. Sorry... my bad .
I also did not expect to see pics of another room in HIS System pics.
A real sleeper so to speak(no pun intended) is
 ZZ-Top-"Asleep in the Desert"
It is an Instrumental. If you have not heard it , you would not know that it is ZZ-Top
I also sent some Bela Fleck and Keb’ Mo Cds
Both pretty good for demoing equipment
I might have sent some Poncho Sanchez, if not I should have
Damn WCSS, You might want to re-visit some of the ones I sent .. ..LOL
I know that they are not all demo material, but several were. I guess , in your defense, I did not send song titles or cd insert with that info .. I should have listed what was on that Ayon one. You are gonna have to Shazam that cd to find the Artist and songs,... sorry.
The War Album I am talking about was actually the 40th Anniversary Expanded Edition "The World Is a Ghetto" done in 2012.

@whitecamaross
Guys I actually sent it to him months ago. It was in The Ayon Audio Sampler disc.It is absolutely one of the best IMO. It has :
Domination by Peace Orchestra
Tin Pan Alley- Stevie Ray Vaughan
Bela Fleck-Flight of The Cosmic Hippo
My Battle-- Andrea Houston
Walking On The Moon --Yuri Honing Trio
Bessame Mama-- Poncho Sanchez
Suitcase-- Keb’ Mo
Fink--See It All
and many more but those right there are some Great Demo songs
I find that the old group WAR had some great recordings .Especially "The World is a Ghetto" Album
@whitecamaross
The amps sounded good 2 days ago but I don’t know what happened because today the sound has me hypnotized to say the least. It’s a drastic difference.
Can you say "Lampizator"  :)
It IS at its best as a  DAC and not really a Pre-Amp...Right ?
"Sojourn Of Arjuna" on the "Left Of Cool " Album
Bela Fleck and The Flecktones. It is their best Demo song IMO.
Please check it out. It is especially a Great Bass and Dynamics Test
Anyone or Everyone ,
Please try out these songs
"Sway A Little" by Johnny A .It is off of the "Get Inside" Album
I like almost any of his stuff off of the Get Inside or Sometime Tuesday Morning album. It is all about the tone.
Also try
"Like Anyone Else"-- Derek Trucks---Joyful Noise album

@axememan
I am not a Guitar player , but those that he uses, sure are pretty !
@whitecamaross
Sorry man. I did not mean to start a debate on guitarists. I try to respect the thread and you, but the music suggestions , were obviously something that I thought stood out , and would be a good "System Test" .The reason for posting was for everyone who reads the thread,to check it out . I only ever bring up something "off topic" , when i think it will benefit everyone .
Most,but not all, was stuff that took me many many years of listening , to find , and "cherry pick" out the songs that I thought stood,above many .
The Stevie Ray Vaughan "Tin Pan Alley" was one that I had sent to you, but until Mr. Decibel mentioned it as one to try , you were unaware of it , even though you actually had it .
I know that I had physically mailed you some music cds and asked you to listen and let me know your thoughts, unfortunately, I never heard back from you about any of it , privately or publicly.Many times i and others have asked you a question or have posted something for you to respond to ,and it just gets ...Ignored.

The big problem with a lot of the songs i mentioned , is that they are not in the database, in Tidal...and so many "Audiophile types " are stuck on TIDAL. Tidal sucks when it come to content , IMO.
Sometimes you just have to go to Youtube , but then again, Therein lies the problem.
Most "audiophile" folks do not have the ability to listen to Youtube on their system, because they have an ""audiophile" Pre-amp, which only takes analog inputs and is 2 channel. I think everyone needs the ability to play something from a computer based system.
In today’s world if you don’t have this capability , then you are missing out... on a lot, IMO. I use a McIntosh MX150. It is good in its own right. It does not compete with a most 2 Channel Pre-amp setups .. I admit this .
I have a PC that runs JRiver Media Center . It will also do anything that you can do from a PC... and that is a lot. Of course a lot of Audiophile types will snub their nose at this , But, I can play DVD-Audio files or DVD music which is usually .MVI files...and all of this can be done in 2 Channel , DTS ...5.1 Surround . etc
I also own a Roku Ultra. .Pandora Plus sounds Fantastic through the Roku (HDMI). can also see anything in 4K that it offers. I had the OPPO UDP-203. It has an HDMI input. It will output 4K.
WC , I know you have a TV between those speakers. I know that you have an OPPO Udp 205.
If you hook up a Roku Ultra in to it, your possibilities are Phenomenal.
The big problem here is that the Ultra Hi-Fi (in most peoples opinion) is all about 2 channel. I am here to tell you that if you have something that takes and HDMI input ,You greatly expand your A/V experience.
PC computer Example .
I have a McCormack DAC-1, that I use for the outdoor pool speakers. I have usb out of my PC (Mainly J-River Media center) to a V-Link2 USB to spdif converter. (usb in and both Coaxial and optical out ) I am testing the following to see which sound better
HDMI out of PC to HDMI l in on McIntosh MX150
Optical out of V-link 2 to Mx150
Coaxial out of V-Link 2 to McCoramck DAC-1 to Analog in of MX150
Optical out of V-link 2 to McCormack DAC-1 to analog in of MX150.
Anyway my whole point is that , I may not be getting that awesome 2 Channel , but I have Awesome sound on 2.0 or 2.1 or 5.1.
I think a lot of people are missing out on a lot with just dedicated 2 channel systems .
Don’t get me wrong , everyone’s high end 2 channel setup is excellent and rewarding in its own right.
This is all the more reason IMO for you to build that Home Theater Room !
Oh , and what i was going to say initially, to WCSS, with all due respect, ..
is that , OP means "Original Poster" not necessarily "Owner of the Pages"
@whitecamaross
I highly recommend the Deep Sea Sound --Marianas 24.
The company name is Deep Sea Sound.
David Gage , the owner, lives right here in Knoxville,TN and builds them here. He is fantastic and so are his Subs
I have demoed this sub in my 12x15 room. It is unreal.!!!
Don’t think for a minute that because it is a 24 inch driver, that it is slow. it is very articulate.... no bloat whatsoever. It is absolutely the best sub that I have ever heard ! Only $4000.00
I was getting Real, usable output , down to 10Hz.
Nobody can come close to this Amazing sub, for 4K..
