You can buy a 240 volt 4000 watt (8000 watt peak) Giandel inverter (around $627 plus shipping from UK....I have asked Giandel if they will make a 240V unit for US....but I doubt they will for safety reasons) that will power the 3060 fine. The 3060 only draws 300 watts when idle.....the 240 input on the 3060 is so you can get ALL the power from the beast as a normal 20 amp 120V connection will not do 6000 watt peaks......240V allows that. The inverter will probably have better bass and dynamics than running directly from 240V dedicated lines. That is certainly what the 5000 watt 120V Giandel does......kills super dedicated lines in bass, dynamics and every sonic quality.
BTW......the 3060 idles at 300 watts.....but when asked will do 900 watts of pure class A power into 8 ohms.....this is not its idle power

Guys, get creative......you can make a cool box for an inverter system or have someone else make you one.....you could even get a large rack mount chassis and just bolt a quarter inch thick aluminum plate underneath so it could withstand the 130 lbs of batteries and inverter and charger.....pretty darn simple. You would have the power cord on the back for the inverter along with a single Furutech outlet to feed your Puritan (you could even dangle the Furutech outlet...so you don’t have to do much metal work.....or even mount 4 dual Furutech outlets on the back...or on a separate power strip. Then you have a switch on the unit that disconnects the charger from the batteries......all of this is basic stuff most of you can do.....or get someone to do it for you......I might make the above myself and offer it as a product......what? I can make some money too???!!!! It’s probably too heavy for me to do.....but it’s easy....go for it. The 5000 watt Giandel Inverter system plus chassis and labor......maybe $3500.......the 2500 watt Stromtank......$27,000. I bet the Giandel sounds way better........You could buy the Stromtank (hopefully with money back guarantee).....and buy the inverter system and A/B......then send the one that does not sound as good send back for a refund....What, you do not want to know if a $2750 (the cost without a chassis like shown on my website) 5000 watt inverter system sounds as good or better than a $27k product? You want to know....don’t you?!!
Reminder.....you can buy (with money back guarantee) a 2200 watt Giandel inverter for a lttle over $300!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and try it with one of your car batteries......What? you do not have $300 on a credit card?

FYI.......the US versions of the Giandel Inverters do not do 240 volts output nor are they split phase....and even though Giandel makes 240V versions for overseas they will not work with the 3060 because they are not split phase. The Stromberg 5000 can put out 240V but I do not see in their specs whether it is split phase or not......if not, then you cannot plug a 3060 into it......I am sure Jay will email them and find out. Interesting that the then $20,000 and now $27,000 Stromberg S2500 was the one that Tom Lyle said that sounded basically the same as the $450 Goal Zero that I use. Just noticed that the Stomberg 5000 cannot do any more than 2400 watt for 30 minutes continuous (5000 watt peaks).......the Giandel 5000 watter can run 4000 watts all day (10,000 watt peaks).
Hardly anyone has a power amp that needs 240V split phase.....there are only a handful on the planet.....the $145,000 Boulder being one of them. Even the Boulder 2160 can run on 120V. Most all other amps will work fine with the Giandel 5000.

Yes, and the 5000 watt Giandel system is less than $3K.....add two more $800 batteries and you have 10K amp hours. All inverters sound different....How does the inverter in the $7500 Tesla Powerwall 2 sound? Do you know? Try fitting a Powerwall into your listening room....he he.
And what makes you so qualified on inverters? Have you listened to them? Jay has, I have, my friends have. I doubt Jay is running the 3060 on the S2500.....probably just the front end....the amp going into the wall.

I will repeat......all inverters sound different.....just as all power amps sound different. It has been discussed here that the Stromtank S1000 and the S2500 sound different from each other. My friend had a Yeti 3000 and the Ecoflow Pro sounded much better.....then he got the Giandel system and it is way, way, way better sounding than the Ecoflow. I trust his ears...we always hear the same. Even the footers underneath the Inverter and the cables before and after the inverter and output connectors all make a sonic difference. Believe what you want.......but there is truth to be experienced......and it is not belief.......it is BE LIVE.....direct experience shows us what is real and not real.......and in audio....that means listening tests. BTW....right in Giandel's lit on the 5000 watter:
"It is bigger and longer than normal 5000 watt inverters, because of FCC approved design to reduce EMI"

There is no use in responding to theaudioamp guy. He comes in with fixed beliefs......No way he will allow himself to hear any differences between cables, footers, inverters, amp stands, fuses, connectors, etc. He thinks all these things have NO sound. He thinks the only thing important is low distortion numbers, frequency response and room tuning. Please don't waste your time trying to "fix" him......He thinks you all are broken and only his way is correct......this is how the ego works.....define and defend....we all do it.....some just do it louder than others.

Information for more clarity:
All inverters put out noise and distortion.....that is why they will all sound different from each other and will benefit from further (pure filtering) . The Stromtank and the Exeltech inverters are rated at less than 2% distortion....most of the others like the Giandel are rated at less than 3% distortion. This is not .0001 percent distortion like a Benchmark amp or Purifi amp measures. Distortion.....means noise.....I would think a larger inverter would sound better......probably lower output impedance and bigger power supply. My friend with the Apogee speaker system first used a 3000 watt Goal Zero to good effect......then the 3600 watt Ecoflow sounded better and then the Giandel 5000 watt inverter stomped the Ecoflow to the underground.......I doubt it was all wattage capability.......but I certainly am recommending getting the big Giandel as that is the only Giandel that has actulally been tested in a serious system. However, the 2000 watter might sound as good or even better.......And how does using less battery than the 2 200 amp hour batteries he uses sound? He does not care.....he wanted a big inverter system so he did that. Personally, I would just copy what he did....since his sound is off the charts.
When OCD guy first discovered the Puritian filter he did it while filming a Youtube video....check it out......you can clearly hear the difference/benefit in sound in that clip. He then used a noise meter to test the unit. His non dedictated line measured something like 158. His dedicated line measured 19.9........then he plugged the Puritan into the dedicated line and the Puritian had such low noise that the meter would not register. There are a couple of Youtube videos where the guy that owns Puritian is at some audio shows in the UK and shows the noise of a normal line and then he plugs the Puritan into that line and shows the noise level again....both on a super scope.......the noise with the Puritan can hardly be seen. The Puritan can handle 3000 watts......you can plug power amps directly into it.
The Boulder 3060 is another story....it requires 240V split phase.....hardly any amp on the planet has that requirement.
According to my friend with the Parasound Mono blocks and using power hungry Apogee speakers.....there is no loss of bass or dynamics from either the Puritan or high powered inverters.....Just the opposite....you get better bass and dynamics using the two in series than running directly from a super dedicated line. He has no neighbors so he has his OWN transformer on a pole right outside his house and is located one quarter mile from the transfer station (you drive right by it on the way to his house).....so his dedicated line is super duper.....better than almost anyone.......but it sucks big time.
LifeP04 batteries do not have hazards.......of course any electrcity must be carefully delt with. 12V batteries.....no matter how much current they have.....cannot give you a shock. LifePo4 batteries are rated for at least 4000 cycles.....that would be 10 years of constant cycling.......so, maybe in 15 years you would replace the batteries. If you put 30 cents in a jar everyday then you would have enough money saved after 15 years to buy new batteries......
If you already have expensive dedicated lines and expensive power conditioning then it makes sense that you would find Inverter power something to resist. Especially, if you have spent a ton of money very recently. However, there is always more......life gives us the next opening when we are ready for it. Are you ready for It?

As described previously, my friend has a super dedicated line with his own power transformer outside and is close to the transfer station. When his Ecoflow Pro died he plugged his Puritan back into the wall. He said it was the most horrible soncally backwards thing he had ever done. He thinks that ANYONE still using the wall power is living in the past......way in the past. It was horrible sounding. Now, with the Giandel Inverter it is way, way better than the Ecoflow. The only way to know anything is to try it. Audiophiles are so slow and conservative......most are followers.....waiting for Stereophile to review it and for it to gain traction before dipping their toes in the water. You never know when your life will be over.....(actually it never ends.....so lets say "when you will leave this body")......so, are you going to wait till someone makes a cheaper pretty inverter that is plug and play or do you want to listen to your stereo with such clarity and transparency right now that you cry and shiver and you have to keep lifting your jaw off the floor.!!?? Practically free to try.........

Goal Zero, Bluetti, Ecoflow.....these are all the same type of thing....they have the battery and inverter inside and sometimes the charger. Their problem is, they are all noisy......because they are so crammed inside they have fans that come on with very little or no current draw. Who wants fan noise in your room?
My friend was using the 3000 watt Goal Zero in another room to isolate the noise....then he got the better sounding 3600 watt EcoFlow Pro unit......that sounded even better.....but again.....was noisy. Then it died (what a blessing) and he got the Giandel system.....and its fan will not come on till you are drawing at least 2000 watts continuous (something no one willl do if you are just powering your stereo).....so the Giandel system can be used close by....and in your room.....and it sounds worlds better than the Ecoflow Pro unit that already sonically beat the Goal Zero unit. I would not touch an all in one unit with a stick.....they are all inferior to separate batteries/inverters..........you can just put a nice covering over the batteries and inverter and it will look fine......use your brain. Be creative.

Audiophile parts and execution? So, Viber how do you know the parts and execution on the $27,000 Stomtank (2500 watt hours) are better than the Giandel $2800 system (5000 watt hours)? You have looked inside them both? Have you listened to them both? "way to go?" The only ones that KNOW anything about inverters are those who have listened and compared.......this is a brand new game.....not much real info out there.....but I trust my friends ears.....and his comparisons.
Here is a persons experience with the Bluetti......so how does it compare with Goal Zero, Ecoflow Pro, Gaindel, Stromtank and a million other inverters? NO ONE IN THE WORLD KNOWS.......at least not yet: This game is just beginning.....I am spreading the word as fast as possible. Remember, I make not one cent from this.

I can hear the differences pretty easy using my Altec $39 speakers on each side of my computer monitor......however, I don't really know notin.....as, I know I am not in the room. But I listen less and less to these videos as I have no interest in $45K speaker wires, or $27K inverters or $145K preamps.......I mean, who buys these things? The average audiophile system is maybe $20-$30K. This channel is entertaining for some.....but for some of us......we are coming back less and less as there is nothing to learn. If I were doing this I would announce ahead of time what I was getting in.....then burn it in and do a serious listening test....and then tell you EXACTLY how it differs from my reference......and then show you short listening snipits that demonstrate these differences......hey, that would be cool, no! Then you would learn something.
Many like this teasing/guessing game, etc. and find it entertaining. There are so frickin many channels of entertainment....OMG....there are things so inspiring.....so incredible.....will make you cry and laugh and feel soooooooo great full for being alive. Recenty discovered Dovedas......incredible musician....and super nice guy....fun too. There is a whole world out there.....it is so incredible.....and you can build a super stereo that is mind blowing for $10K.....if you are creative, driven and do your homework......Life is great.....wishing you all the best..

One thing you learned from me is that you can make your own inverter system that is probably way better than a Stromtank.....of course, you would have to act on it to know. You will see many people soon starting on the path of inexpensive pure AC power. I don’t want followers....I want people to think on their own......but I do tell everyone what I know works......We are all teachers and we are all students. I am the one that got the camero guy to stop stacking components, get his wires off the floor and try some audiophile fuses......so, people do learn from me.....you could too. The PS Audio Powerplant is not a battery/inverter. It is a regenerator. It runs off the wall power......it converts AC to DC just like any amp....then it generates an AC sine wave and amplifies it to 120V........so its basically a big power amp running off the wall.....very different from a battery powered inverter like the $1950 2500 watt big Giandel system (5000 watt inverter, one 200 amp hour battery and a charger) or the $27,000 2500 watt Stromtank. I imagine Viber is going to buy a 100 amp hour battery....so that is $400 less. Pretty easy on the wallet....these Giandel/battery things. If you have your whole system on an inverter....you ALWAYS have the same sound.

What a short memory.....I have already described how I used my inverter for the front end and added the amp for much better sound (even though the bass was inferior due to the wimpy inferior 400 watt inverter being used).
I don’t think the Stromtanks are split phase 240V....which is what the Boulder needs. The Stromtank S2500 is rated to put out 550 watts continuous. The big Giandel system ($3K) can put out 3000+ watts all day.
My friend with the Gaindel system brought his Puritan 156 over to my house yesterday and I installed burned in Furutech outlets and Inlet using cryoed VH Audio wire. Here is his email I just received:

The above is from listening to vinyl only. And there are some negatives….I am hearing everything on the record, so any distortion/noise from previous plays, bad pressing, poor recording….all is only more vivid!!
One example: I have been using this Roberta Flack record (vocal, spanish guitar, bass, percussion, few strings) as a demo disc for listening for changes in sound quality because I thought it sounded good……and that was a mistake, because of how clearly I can now hear its poor scratchy condition AND its just so-so recording quality. Oh well….
I am now of the opinion that using a big Giandel Inverter with a modded Puritian 156, and a separate ground rod and Puritian ground filter are the most important things you can do to create a serious stereo. This super pure AC and grounding with more modest stereo equipment would beat super gear running on the AC with audiophile line filtering.....I have no doubt. Jay could add a modded Puritan after his Stromtank and his mind would be blown. I have decided to mod Puritans for those that want the best sound possible. You can never lower the noise enough.

Imagine a tweaked version running off the worlds best steamer, digial cable and running off an inverter/Puritan....you would die and go to heaven. Thank you God.
No DAC, no Preamp, no analog cables, no Analog circuits and amplifiers with feedback.....just very pure sound.
This thing weighs 10lbs.!!!!!!! over 150 watts a channel.
The possiblities are endless. You could use a stereo amp per channel and use a digital xover like the minidsp and you could run a two way speaker without analog xovers....getting even more pure sound. The manufacturer of the boards (Elegant Audio Solutions) have boards with 4 channels on them.......so you could quad amp a 3 or 4 way speaker without analog xovers.......the revolution is here!
