Magico S5 MkI vs. MII

Looking at a used pair of the Magico Mk I's but understand that there were several upgrades with the 2nd generation S5. Unfortunately I'm not able to demo these in the same room. Has anyone heard a comparison? The price difference (used) is pretty significant....about 10k.
