Linn Classik Issue: CD.CA

Have a Linn Classik that doesn't respond and displays a four letter on powering up. The displayed letters are CD.CA very small letters.

Tried a Reset it comes up with 88.88 on the display. If I power it off and switch it ON again its reverts back to CD.CA

Any hints or perhaps pointers on where to look.

Have a spare  Linn Classik transformer that I found on craigslist. If I have to check the voltage levels what should they read?
