Info on Concordant Audio?

I found this preamp on another site that was produced in England. The designer goes by the name of Doug Dunlop. I did a directory search here but alas nothing listed. Anyone know of this piece. I thank you in advance.

Sorry for late reply. There are a few bits of info out there http://www.tnt-audio.com/ampli/concordant_excelsior_e.html but no circuit diagrams (schematics) yet that I know.
