Regarding the six-pack,I just said that earlier,I admit diet is not my strong point ,and ,I find if I don't eat well,I can't lift even if my life depend it on it,and believe me,my routine at the gym includes some heavy sets.
I also include regular cardio workouts.Over the years,I noticed in my gym ,a lot of the girls prefer to do running.
