DEQX customer support - amazing!
I would like to attest to the quality (and quantity, come to think of it) of DEQX customer support. I bought an HDP Express II second-hand a couple of years ago from someone based in Sydney. Three months ago the unit began failing to save changes to the configuration. After exhausting all possible troubleshooting steps via email with DEQX support, Alan advised that I would need to ship the unit to DEQX in Sydney for repair. A few days after receiving the unit Alan emailed that they had found and replaced a faulty printed circuit board, and that the unit was on its way back to me.
DEQX did not charge for parts, labour, or shipping to New Zealand. This is service above and beyond all expectations, and I would like to register my unqualified appreciation. Thank you DEQX!
