Good luck @hifi_jed_1986 , I would've advised Cardas, but it depends on your preferences. Pass and Klipsch suggest your tastes are different from mine since they are laid back, especially in the treble. I crave extreme detail but with an EQ that's slightly bass heavy with good treble extension (hard to achieve wo EQ).
I own both cables in XLR and have Cardas Clear in speaker cables. My 0.75M Thunderbird XLR is fantastic except it kills too much treble and what I call the leading edge of detail. I've unplugged the dbs battery to make it halfway between an AQ dbs cable and more normal cable, and I still plan to sell it when I can get another used Clear or Clear Beyond. The biggest downside to Cardas Clear speaker cables is a slight restriction to dynamics compared to a more open cable geometry like Wireworld Eclipse 7 that I had before.
If you find the AQ too dead for your system and ears, Cardas would be a great change without going to detailed and bright cables. I've heard a number of people I greatly respect tell me they were unconvinced about the need for a full loom of matching cables that have since changed their mind. At least the interconnects and speakers cables should be similar.
