Yes, I purchased a Companion II that was upgraded (Cardas wiring and Cardas female RCAs, Infini-Caps, Goldpoint Volume Pods, Detachable Power Cord socket, pair of JAN Philips 6922, etc), and checked out by Bob Bergner. The Bruce Moore Amps and PreAmps are built for a lifetime of enjoyment. Tube, Interconnect, Power Cord, etc. rolling is great fun because the units are so revealing, with 3D soundstage, focused images, and musical.

I have owned a Bruce Moore Companion 2b preamp for years and finally, just these days, I managed to buy a Dual Sixty power amp. I will try it soon!
