Jorma digital SPDIF cable. Blew my previous Danacable PureStream out of the water, and it was cheaper too.

For CDP > Valve DAC Interface using the RCA / COAX I am using a Cable with a D.U.C.C Signal Path Wire as part of the Cables build up. The D.U.C.C Wire produces a tonality that works very very well for my own preferences. Prior to the D.U.C.C Wire being used, a Maple shade Ribbon Cable had Superseded all other Cables used for the interface. The M'shade Ribbon is still owned and is used on occasion as it does have its own pleasantries when in use. Within a audio group I know about, that are digital orientated, with Streaming as their main interest and their main area of intense investigation, I am aware of findings that are publicly reported on. I also share info occasionally with this group and know they highly rate a Silver Digital COAX bought by the metre length from Aliexpress. The Silver COAX Cable has been terminated with a selection of RCA Connectors and it has been learnt a high quality Low Eddy RCA connector supplied from WBT is a exceptional marriage. In the selected build design for the Silver COAX, it is reported to surpass many expensive Cables and not be bettered by a selection of other expensive Cables. It has proved itself as a Cable for most within the audio group, who have adopted it as their wanted to be maintained in regular use Cable. My guidance is to strongly suggest a little time is seat aside for an investigation of a Cable Type, that can be produced as a Bespoke Built Cable. As a built Cable, there is the potential for it to be very impressive and save one multiple hundreds of $/£'s over other Cable options that might not offer much more, depending on choices made, other Cables tried, might be discernible for their being inferior in producing a sound that impresses. |
