BAT 75 SE or ARC VS 110

I am considering moving back to tubes. The two amps that most interest me are the BAT 75 SE & the Audio Research VS 110. I have read every thread praising the BAT 75 SE; not much info on the ARC VS 110. The ARC is rated at 100 watts & the BAT 75 SE at 75, but I am told the BAT has a lot of reserve power. Has anyone demoed both of these amps & choose one over the other for specific reasons? I would be interested if someone would share their experience & comments.
