Any Genesis dealer out there can help me

I need replacement of Genesis 12" woofer cone for my Genesis 2 sub. For some unknown reason, I can't get response from the manufacturer, probably too small deal for them to bother.
Would appreciate it if any genesis dealer can supply the woofer to me.

Try the Sanctuary of Sound in Washington(state) they are a Audiogon dealer.

Genesis problems, that does not suprise me.They are the worst Hi end audio manufacturer on the planet.
