Amp suggestion for large 2-way Speakers

I'm looking for amp suggestions for a pair of large 2-way speakers.  They look like passive Augspurger style, with Speakon connectors on the rear (1 for high, and 1 for low).  If you could suggest a "budget friendly" route, and "best performance", that would be helpful.  Here are the specs for the drivers:

15 Inch Drivers, 4 ohms, AES Power handling 1400W, Maximum Power Handling 2800W, 40-2000 Hz

Horn Drivers 2 inch Throat, 8 ohms, AES Power above 0.9khz 100W, Maximum Power 200W  0.5-18 khz

I wanted to clarify above that you were interested in separate amps for your high and low transducers instead of using bi-wiring, where you would have a single amplifier per speaker pair but an active crossover separate from the one in the speaker placed after your amp. That would require two active crossovers, one for each speaker (complicated, makes me wonder why not go straight to Dirac or other room correction/DSP).

The back of speakers shows only two Speakon connections - one labeled "L/T", and other "R/B".  I assume "Left/Top" and "Right/Bottom"?  I don't see any removable jumpers... at least not from the exterior.

I was under the impression that 2 separate amps would be ideal, although not sure what frequency crossover point would be best for each amp / driver.
