Advice for driving Thiel 2.2s ?

Looking for advice in driving Thiel 2.2s. I love the clean, detailed sound they provide with $10,000 amps, but my current gear (mass-market junk) doesn't cut it. Advice? I need both an amp and a preamp, and am willing to spend up to about $3500 total.

I had excellent success using COda electronics with Thiels...they are wonderful and well made, but for some reason never got the respect of the audio groupies. Designed and made by former Threshold Corp. Engineers. These excellent amps can be found for at or under $1000...thier none remote preamps for about $600. They are high current designs with great sweetness..try fo find them. Continuium and Legacy electronics are also made by Coda and share the same preformance.
I HAVE OWNED THE THIEL CS 7'S,THE THIEL CS 6'S AND NOW OWN THE THIEL 2.3'S AND (3) MCS 1'S. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND CLASSE AMPS AND AUDIO RESEARCH PRE AMPS. CERTAIN EQUIPMENT SEEMS TO BLEND GOOD TOGETHER AND THIEL,CLASSE AND AUDIO RESEARCH SOUND GREAT TOGETHER. IF YOU LOOK BACK INSTEREOPHILE YOU WILL SEE THIS COMBO ALOT AND IT IS ALWAYS HIGHLY RATED. GOOD LUCK.
I had 2.2s before switching to Dunlavys and I used Krell amp with ARC preamp. Thiels need good solid state amplification, but you don't have to spend $10M. You can get a used FBP 200 for under $4M and a used ARC LS15 for under $2M. Krell & ARC make great music together. Good luck finding the best amp for you.
