Acoustic Image: Service Thumps up

Thanks to Elliott at Acoustic Image in California for helping me solve a problem with some speakers I recently purchased over Audiogon. This was exceptional service IMO because I, living on the east coast, have never purchased anything from Elliott. I had heard that he personally owned this same speaker and I called him to see if he might be able to help diagnose the problem that I was having, as the manufacturer has gone out of business. He spent a good bit of his time pleasantly offering sugestions on what I might do without ever asking for anything in return. A true audiophile! As much as I enjoy buying and selling on Audiogon, I guess Acoustic Image should be my first call on my next major component upgrade. Thanks again Elliott!
