A cartridge that mates well with the Sutherland Loco phono preamp?

I am looking into trying a Loco....I have an AT Art 1000 that should, in theory, work well with an internal impedance of 3 ohms. Running through my Whest phono it runs pretty close to a Lyra Etna at almost half the cost. 

The MySonic Labs should work well too....
