If it were me, I wouldn't focus on 3 ch. I'd look at a 5 ch. plenty of good options in that price range. It never hurts to have the spare channels and its easier to sell later if you move to something else.

Looking for a 3 channel amp to power center and rear channels. My Peachtree grand integrated handles the front mains, b&w 802d. Wyred and D-sonic 3 channel amps look nice, but may be more power than is necessary. I don't think my ears will notice the difference. I like the class d amps but am open to different types. Don't mind getting used gear, some great deals to be had. I see a few offerings in the multichannel listings but would like opinions. Trying to keep it at 2000 or less.
