Paint for EMI or RFI treatment

Hi,

I would like ask folks here if anybody know about paint or paste, can put on speaker or interconnect cables.   This paint or paste has feature for EMI or RFI field noises treatment,  which improve SQ.   I know there is something exist but seems i cant find  it.

The reason im asking because even im using expensive cables (AQ Fire & Castle rock), still the sound im getting is: bright, up-forward, music instruments close each other... .   Something telling me there  is another problem  in my settings.

Thanks for all your help.

My friend you are going far far away from cost effective or even effective treatments for your issues.

What is your system, your room and have you had any room acoustic treatments put in?

If you think this is an electrical problem consider a Furman strip with LiFT and SMP which have really great EMI/RFI filtering built in.  Also fabulous as surge protection.  Still, what you describe sounds more like a room, speaker, equipment choice issue.

A company Called the UPGRADE COMPANY has a similar service where you send them your gear and they coat it for you. Or you buy the gear they have all ready treated. I believe could be wrong they have some type of past they use. Have not checked to see if they are still in business.

Fire is a very neutral wire… it’s in my systems where i can’t afford Wild Blue…i think you are barking up wrong tree…

Graphene is effective at blocking EMI/RFI but as stated above I doubt that will be enough to get you where you want to be. I agree with Erik and would look at room treatment at the first reflection points of side walls & ceiling before messing with those particular interconnects.
