Looking for advice on outside party setup please

Hi All

I am helping some friends with a store celebration by providing music.  I realize pics would be helpful and will post some soon.  Just the opposite of room issues for sure.  I am using a pair of VS VR4 Gen2 backed by a Proceed HPA-2.  

I am not looking to make a disco just a nice slightly over conversation level over about 50x50.  I have a back wall available for bass reinforcement.  As the speakers are not easy to move I'm trying to get a rough dial in.  To elevate or not?  Front spike on to keep the ground in play but put sound up?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I want to provide the best sound possible and have a least a couple of hours to experiment.  Property is fenced btw.
