| Kenwood KT-5020 from Japan Simple, you bought the Japanese version with the tuner designed for Japan and other countries that use it. I believe the Kenwood KT5020 was for Japanese market only and the Kenwood KT5200 was for the good ole USA. | |

| Analysis Plus customer service @decooney,I feel for you but in my case, it took 400 hours for my Canare 4S11 cables to fully break in and we are talking peanuts compared to what the OP spent. Canare told me around 400 hours and they were pretty much on the money. | |
