Interesting ASR review of small GR Research speaker kit
that level of ignorance helps you realize just how unimportant all the view points of people truly are.  What language is this? Or is it code? Consider reading over what you're about to post to ensure it comes across as literate.

@johnah5  Regarding your bible comment, why would you not toss the entire thing out if you find some parts are not believable/true?…If some aren't true then how do you know any are true?   No, because not all claims are dependent on the truth ...
Full range speaker recommendation
You're listening on the long wall and your width is 15 feet or so. That's kind of a short distance, relatively. I'd think you'd need a speaker that can pull off a full range sound in that configuration. With that in mind,  I've been interested la...

FYI, it looks like (a) Darko has respect for Amir and (b) Darko reports that Amir is not the absolutist objectivist that some think he is. FWIW.
Interesting ASR review of small GR Research speaker kit
Some of you are seeing what I see. Others are just issuing more broadsides against Amir and ASR and measurement in general. Or singing paeans to how your system makes you feel, measurements be damned. Interesting — shows how audio is both scientif...

Ok, so this has become an overall evaluation of Amir’s approach or Amir. Agon is an open forum, so do whatever. I’m not interested in ad hominem attacks on Amir or on objectivism etc. I’m interested in his claims. If you are too, I’d be curious wh...

FWIW, it’s the specific arguments and observations made in the video which caught my attention. I'm interested in kits, actually.
Differences between models of expensive vs inexpensive DACs
are the better DACs starting to converge on the same good sound Good question. I am curious to hear what people say.  We certainly would not say, "Are the better cuisines starting to converge on the same good taste?" Excellent foods taste dif...
Line Array VS Traditional Box Speakers, Why not just get the line array ?
Most of the live shows I hear sound worse than what I have at home, and it's not a line array. Unless it's an acoustic show. As for the "live sound" would that be front row, middle row, back? Balcony? What are you searching for to count as "live...
Anyone get or buy themselves a Father's Day present yet?
Same to you! I'm embarking with a local audio wizard to build a 6SN7 preamp. That's my F-day gift to myself!
I have new speakers on the way. What to listen to first?
Suggestion. Put them out of phase with one another, set them 1" or so apart, face to face, and put on pink noise as loud as you can take it and let it go for a while.
Holo MAY KTE DAC/ Kitsune Hi FI, Lynnwood Washington
@anwar Thanks for clarifying. I heard it with a tap x Bent preamp, Coincident monoblocks and a really great streaming setup -- all on speakers with a delightfully articulate Beyma tweeter. Comparing my Orchid vs the Holo May showed the kind of dif...
Class D Integrated Amplifier Recommendations.
@antigrunge2  My pleasure to post that video. @atmasphere has a reputation for listening, sensitivity, and wonderful sounding tube amplifiers. So much solid state is just cranked out into the market without much evidence that they will be musical...
The review wehave been promising is up
@jjss49  I repeated your funny/flippant comment and posted a funny video of Kramer as a colorful character from Seinfeld. That post was removed. Weird, eh?
Holo MAY KTE DAC/ Kitsune Hi FI, Lynnwood Washington
@anwar  the MHDT Orchid was highly overrated, especially in this forum. Can you say a bit more about how it was overrated?
